A friend of mine is having her testbed painting outside a building of slade. (i hope i didn’t interpret the venue wrongly)
I wish i know how to sketch; i wish i know how to draw; i wish i know how to paint.
Someone please teach me all these!
Maybe I should really start learning it in the 2nd half of 2010
One of my friend in Taiwan is recently working in an alternative art space, Wo Long 29 in Taipei.
Seems there are so much fun with gigs and exhibition.
Go and check it if you are in taipei

Taipei, i miss you!!!
The latest exhibition at Chambers Fine Art (Beijing) is really nice
With my image, you can only see less than half of the exhibition, as you will always need to walk around the space, and feel the transformation of painting even they do not have any interactivity.
nicely done!

Recently, there is a Zhang Huan exhibition at Pace Beijing (actually is opened while i am in london, so bad that i am not at the opening of pace again!)
Basically, there are 2 set of his works, one is the budda head by skins, while the other one is ashes painting of tigers.
Works are all very impressive while you see the original work, also, it makes me think if chinese contemporary art is pursuing to a more abstract way; instead of continue of metaphor, symbols or concepts.

it’s really great been exhibiting in Tate Modern, though there is quite a lot of unexpected happen during the setup; like wrong bricks, wrong cable..
still, it’s very important experience.
Arrived London, had a nice dinner with Alvaro, Cedric and Tung Pang.
Got a beer just in case I cannot sleep well..
it works when i was in restaurant, luckily i didn’t fall asleep
but finally i woke at 4am for my first night….which is about 11am in hk.
Anyway, excited to go setup, bit of seeing and friends today!!!
Can’t imagine will meet Shimita san, Mari’s ex boss, in my farewell dinner!
Kind of give me a feeling that i am still in touch with Sapporo! So happy about that~
soon will be going back to hong kong and ready for my london trip!
excited!!
And looking forward for my new home’s welcome party!!!
